What do they all have in common?

They all like music. And some of them can even dance.

This is where Reach Out, Inc. steps in to move their minds and bodies.

Instant energy. Heart-pounding, infectious music. Sharp dance moves. This is how we grab their attention, and literally bring them to their feet. And then they're hooked. Willing to listen. Willing to hear the facts about important issues. That's what we give them without any double-talk. So that they see how important their decisions really are. They stop to think. To think about their lives and their futures.

We give them the tools to help make positive choices for life.

OUR WORK

Children and teens are at the center of what we do. They face tough issues like drug and alcohol abuse, smoking, violence, prejudice, poverty and disease. We don't preach. We don't judge. And we're certainly not quiet. Instead, we try to reach them in a unique and powerful way - through music, fitness and dance.

Since 1989, we've been working with schools and local and national organizations to create:

• Motivational speaking engagements
• In-school assemblies and performances
• Customized awareness and prevention programs
• Health and fitness presentations

We customize each high-energy performance to focus on a specific issue and to appeal to the needs of the children or teens in the audience.

*We also take part in (and even put together) annual events for causes that our community (& our world) cares about (and/or should care about). In addition, we help local families by educating, raising awareness & by providing real support and assistance (in various forms) to those in need - all around us. We're committed to doing the real work of youth development and community outreach because we believe that people, especially our youth- have great potential. Potential to look beyond the present and envision a better future. Potential to reach out to others and positively affect the world. Potential to shake up the status quo and make a real difference.

We strive to:

• Engage children and adults through music, dance and positive messages
• Inspire children and adults to get involved in constructive activities and community service
• Empower children and adults to make informed decisions that enhance their lives.
• Educate children and adults about important social and health issues that may affect them.
